Our Toddler and Preschool Rooms
Caterpillar Room: toddlers, 18 months to 3 years. Play-based learning planned around your toddler’s interests, from creative sensory trays to small-world play, with plenty of outdoor time and everyday life skills that build independence.
Butterfly Room: preschool, 3 to 5 years. Our preschool room gets children ready for big school. Natalie’s background as a primary school teacher shapes a play-based program focused on confidence, independence and early literacy and numeracy.
A typical day includes:
- Play-based learning, planned around each child’s interests
- Sensory play, from creative sensory trays to small-world play
- Building independence through everyday life skills
- Outdoor play every day, with sunscreen and hats provided
- Rest time and nutritious meals throughout the day
- Updates, photos and messages through the OWNA app
